Key responsibilities include:

• Building and maintaining strong client relationships to drive retention and generate new business
• Conducting proactive policy reviews and delivering tailored, consultative recommendations
• Educating clients on insurance products while identifying opportunities to expand coverage
• Generating, nurturing, and converting leads through outbound outreach, referrals, and networking
• Providing responsive support to ensure a seamless, positive customer experience
• Collaborating with the agency team to exceed sales goals and accelerate business growth

Qualifications include:

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and influence decisions
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a self-starter, results-oriented approach
• Active P&C and/or Life & Health licenseor willingness to obtain (we'll support you!)
