Overview
Registered Nurse - PACU in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Start date 08/18/2026 for a 13-week travel assignment. Weekly pay range of $2,387 per week to $2,563 per week with guaranteed hours of 24. Shift: 5x8 days (8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.; potential to shift to Mon-Tues for coverage). Work setting: hospital.

Responsibilities
- Provide post-anesthesia care for PACU patients, including airway, breathing, and circulation assessment
- Monitor vital signs, pain levels, sedation, hemodynamics, and airway status; intervene per protocol
- Administer medications as ordered, manage IV lines, drains, and wound care per PACU protocols
- Collaborate with anesthesia and surgical teams; communicate patient status and plan of care
- Document assessments, interventions, and discharge criteria; ensure safe hand-off to the next level of care
- Uphold infection control and patient safety standards; prepare patients for discharge or transfer

Requirements
- Current RN license in Pennsylvania or a Nurse Compact license valid for PA upon submission
- BSN required
- ACLS and BLS certifications required upon submission
- Minimum 2 years of Pre/Post PACU experience
- Ability to work in a hospital setting and follow the defined shift schedule
- Demonstrated competence in post-anesthesia care and PACU protocols
