C# Developer

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a C# Developer
 
Position type: Contract
Duration: 12 to 18 Months
Location: Charlotte, NC
 
As a C# Developer, you will:
 
Must have Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in C# with experience building scalable, high-performance backend services
• 3+ years of experience with Python for data processing, automation, and integration scripting
• 5+ years of experience in modern frontend development using React, including reusable component

 
Job Responsibilities:

• This role provides deep technical oversight across payment flows, systems integration, and platform dependencies, ensuring resilient architecture and reliable delivery of a critical enterprise capability. It maintains institutional knowledge of complex systems, leads engineering standards, and drives the technical roadmap that supports operational transparency, client experience, and risk reduction. The position is essential to safeguarding continuity, platform stability, and long-term strategic evolution of payment observability - in addition to helping define and expand SRE acorss the org.
• Strong proficiency in C# with experience building scalable, high-performance backend services
• Hands on experience with Python for data processing, automation, and integration scripting
• Deep understanding of SQL with ability to design, optimize, and query large, complex relational databases
• Experience working with MongoDB including schema design, performance tuning, and document-oriented data modelling
• Strong capability in modern frontend development using React, including reusable component design and API integration
• Solid understanding of microservices architectures, API design, and distributed systems patterns
• Experience building and maintaining enterprise grade platforms with high throughput and reliability requirements
• Ability to design resilient systems with appropriate error handling, observability, and fault tolerance
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills across complex integrated systems
• Experience delivering technical roadmaps, setting engineering standards, and guiding development best practices

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $62 to $65 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
