Receptionist Temporary Part-Time Monday 4p-8p, Friday 4p-8p, Saturday 10a-6p Absolut Care of Gasport We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team at Absolut Care of Gasport! As a valued member of our healthcare facility, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our staff. About the Role As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for patients, families, and visitors, setting the tone for their experience at Absolut Care of Gasport. Your primary responsibilities will include managing incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and checking in patients for appointments and procedures. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, as well as performing various administrative tasks such as answering patient questions and responding to inquiries. Receptionist will work closely with our clinical staff to ensure seamless communication and efficient patient flow.
