Provide individual patient/family counseling, crisis intervention, information and assistance with preparation of advance directives, funeral planning issues and transfer of responsibilities relative to legal and fiscal issues. Facilitate community resources based on patient/family needs. Accept clinical assignments that are consistent with education andcompetence to meet the needs of the patients Perform on-call responsibilities and provide on-call service to patients/families as assigned Timely submission of all documentation Performance of other duties as required Ensure overall compliance with local, state and federal laws, Medicare regulations, and established personnel policies and procedures #J-18808-Ljbffr
