Service, troubleshoot and install many different manufacturers including Simplex and ANSUL. Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specifications, software/systems programs, schematics, and operational product manuals. Manage daily service call, customer activity and program system products. You will work with clean agent systems, dry chemical systems, and special hazards.**How you will do it*** Assist customers with all questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.* Participation in an on-call rotation for Emergency Service.* Performs inspections of Suppression Gas Systems based on contract requirements.* Inspect customer systems* Use of Smart Phone and Equipment* May include government work**What we look for****Required*** Excellent communication and organizational skills* Outstanding Customer facing service and problem-solving skills* PC Skills including Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, and Outlook* FEL-A**Preferred*** Any Manufacturer certifications is a plus; ANSUL, Kiddie PyroChem* RMEI and preferred Multi License* Valid US driver’s licenseHIRING HOURLY RANGE: $18 -$24 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
