Physician-OBGYN Full Time, 36 hours a week with full benefits! Jordan Valley Community Health Center in Springfield, Missouri is seeking an OBGYN to join our team. Accepting applications from established professionals and those finishing residency. We are a Federal Qualified Health Center (FQHC) located in Southwest Missouri and can provide you with the desired work-life balance. Our OBGYNs have an outpatient practice with the opportunity to do procedures in clinic and the possibility of delivering babies at the local hospitals. Baseline Compensation Plan $350,000 annual base salary $50,000 sign-on bonus with a 2-year commitment Incentive opportunities available Competitive compensation structure with strong work/life balance Salary is based on experience. This is our starter package for those who just completed a residency/fellowship. Schedule 4-day work week designed to support provider wellness and work/life balance 2.5 days per week in clinic 1 dedicated 24-hour call shift per week Post-call recovery day built into the schedule Call day typically also includes a dedicated 4-hour OR block for major surgical procedures On-site procedure clinic for minor gynecologic procedures Why Jordan Valley Health?
