Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical setting, including medical, oncology, and telemetry patients
• Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care during night shift hours in an acute care environment
• Float to other units or departments as directed by facility guidelines
• Complete all required learning modules prior to and during the assignment
• Adhere to all facility compliance, background check, and credentialing standards

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 24 months of Medical/Surgical experience, with experience within the last 12 months
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado, verified within the last 30 days, with no disciplinary actions
• Active BLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
• Active NIHSS certification from an approved vendor
• Med/Surg skills checklist completed within the last 12 months
• Valid driver's license required for residency verification

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience highly preferred
• Experience working across multiple departments, shifts, and facility types
• Familiarity with Level II Trauma Center environments and high-acuity patient populations
