Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions via telehealth, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to each client's needs.

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with health regulations.

  • Assess patient needs through intake evaluations and ongoing assessments, adjusting treatment approaches as necessary.

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals, to provide comprehensive patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Counselor at our facility, you will work with a diverse range of clients facing mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your role will be pivotal in offering support to individuals and families, helping them navigate their challenges with empathy and understanding. You will contribute to a healing environment that respects each client's unique journey toward wellness.

Qualifications\n

  • A Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

  • A valid state license (e.g., LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) and certification as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist.

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in counseling or a similar capacity, providing direct mental health services.

  • Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to listen actively and respond empathetically to clients.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, allowing for effective assessment and treatment planning.

  • Capacity to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.

Preferred Experience\n

While the position requires a minimum of two years of relevant experience, candidates with additional experience in specialized therapeutic practices, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) or trauma-informed care, will stand out. Familiarity with community resources and referral processes is also highly advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 95,000 to USD 105,000 annually, based on your experience and productivity.
