Contract Management Specialist (Experienced or Senior)

Contract Management Specialist (Experienced or Senior) Company: The Boeing Company Locations: Tukwila or Everett, WA Position Responsibilities Exercise appropriate signature authority; lead and participate in negotiating and contracting for the sale and support of aerospace products, services, technologies, financing, and licensing of intellectual property while resolving data rights issues. Lead the development of junior teammates in contractual discipline; represent the company in external negotiations with customers and support procurement agents in negotiations with suppliers. Prepare, negotiate, execute, interpret and administer legally binding contractual agreements of a complex nature for The Boeing Company. Coordinate and partner with internal functional disciplines; summarize complex contractual issues and lead development of creative solutions and contractual risk mitigation. Basic Qualifications (Required) Bachelor’s Degree or higher 3+ years of experience with complex contracts 3+ years of experience with Intellectual Property (IP) licensing 3+ years of experience working with cross‑functional teams Preferred Qualifications (Desired) 5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience Experience with intellectual property licensing and assessing risk in intellectual property use Experience working with commercial, government and/or international contracts Experience providing guidance on contractual rights, obligations, risk avoidance, mitigation, strategy, and problem solving Experience with FAR and DFARS Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail Ability to work effectively in a team environment while in a leadership role Conflict of Interest assessment compliance Pay & Benefits Experienced (Level 3): $96,050 – $129,950 Senior (Level 4): $118,150 – $159,850 Competitive base pay and variable compensation opportunities; health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance, and paid/unpaid time away from work (eligibility varies).
