This is not a back-of-house dental assistant role.

Who You Are
- Dental Assistant (RDA preferred, but not required)
- Fast, organized, and detail-obsessed
- Naturally warm, welcoming, and aware of people
- You move with urgency but not chaos
- You take pride in doing things right and beautifully
You’re the kind of person who:
- Notices everything (before anyone asks)
- Keeps rooms, tools, and energy tight and clean
- Makes patients feel taken care of the moment they walk in
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assist doctors across general, cosmetic, and Invisalign workflows
- Turn over rooms quickly and flawlessly
- Support a smooth, elevated patient experience from start to finish
- Anticipate needs—of doctors, hygienists, and patients
- Help maintain a high-functioning, high-energy environment
