- Resolve customer concerns professionally and effectively.
- Previous experience in optical retail or optical management. 2+
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of eyewear products, lenses, and optical dispensing.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
