Senior Platform Architect & Cross-Org Lead

Hims & Hers is seeking a Senior Staff Platform Engineer to set technical direction for our platform, owning architecture for cross-org infrastructure initiatives. You will lead critical, multi-quarter programs such as the Istio service mesh rollout, multi-region resilience, and the AI-enriched Service Catalog. You will stay hands-on while guiding teams across the organization. You will define architectural patterns, drive testing strategy end-to-end, mentor engineers, and push for platform
