The rest comes down to you.The Role-WARM LEADS – all of them, no calling, no door knocking, closing sales only!Uncover customer needs and wants, pitch home-improvement solutions same dayTotal ownership of your income with uncapped bonus opportunitiesRapid career growth plans through our esteemed Sales Manager and General Manager in Training programsOngoing mentorship from leadership – unlock tools to be successful in more than just your current role.The Pay-Earn while you learn: $1,750 during the training period.Expected first-year earnings of $70,000-$90,000Top performers earn $150k+ annuallyUnparalleled and unlimited income potential – expect rewards that match your dedication.$ $3,000 sign-on bonus, paid out over 12 weeks. This will be paid out $250 weekly upon completion of new hire training. The full bonus is fully dependent upon completing the initial 12 weeks of selling after training.Do you have what it takes?
