Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and skilled Diabetic Infusion Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in providing comprehensive care to diabetic patients requiring infusion therapy. Responsibilities: Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans. Administer and monitor diabetic infusion therapy, ensuring patient safety and comfort. Educate patients and their families on diabetes management techniques, lifestyle modifications, and medication adherence. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to clinic-wide protocols and procedures. Provide compassionate support to patients throughout their treatment journey. Qualifications: Valid Nurse Practitioner license and certification in AZ. Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner, preferably in diabetes care or infusion therapy. Proficiency in conducting patient assessments, interpreting lab results, and formulating treatment plans. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively educate and engage patients. Strong teamwork ethic and a collaborative approach to patient care. Commitment to maintaining clinical competency through ongoing education and professional development.
