A direct patient care role is available for an Indiana Licensed Pharmacist to support a retail community pharmacy in Winamac, IN. This contract position offers a Monday-Friday schedule with some weekend hours, providing steady 40-hour workweeks as you apply your pharmacy expertise in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately fill prescriptions and verify medication orders prepared by pharmacy technicians before dispensing
• Maintain strict security protocols for pharmacy operations and controlled substances
• Enter orders and patient data with precision to ensure optimal patient safety and compliance

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Indiana Pharmacist license in good standing required
• Prior retail pharmacy experience essential for success in this role
• Familiarity with PioneerRx order entry system preferred, with training provided as needed
• Ability to work business casual attire in a professional pharmacy setting
• Local candidates only; 3 days of orientation are required before the assignment start date

Scheduling Details:

• 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM
• Weekend coverage every other Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM
