Outside Sales Representative - Temporary Containment Wall

Job Description Summary Position Objective: The Outside Sales Representative develops and maximizes the Temporary Containment Wall (TCW) market share in all sectors within their assigned territory or region. The role will generate profitable business in healthcare construction, isolation, infection control and related fields, implementing sales plans and building the Sunbelt brand. Position Responsibilities Embrace and promote Sunbelt’s safety culture. Develop and execute territory sales plans to expand existing customer base and acquire new customers. Solicit business through phone calls or site visits. Provide technical sales and application solutions for customers. Prepare detailed proposals to solicit orders, close deals and win business. Coordinate project specifications with internal operational team members to ensure objectives are met on schedule. Monitor market data such as competitor products, sales and marketing activities. Maintain CRM database daily with accurate sales calls and job site details. Work with management to develop and achieve applicable Annual Territory Sales Plan with KPI, revenue and market growth targets. Learn technical aspects of equipment, functions, and appropriate applications. Provide technical training to customers on operation and maintenance. Assist with business aspects to ensure customer success, including demos, delivery and diagnostics. Act as primary point of contact during planning, troubleshooting and completion of TCW projects. Develop and manage relationships with local, regional and national sellers in general tool and specialty divisions. Requirements and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience with 2+ years of construction‑related sales experience. Proven consultative selling track record. Strong construction background with ability to understand engineering concepts. Working knowledge of Infection Control Risk Assessment (ICRA) standards (plus). Self‑starter with excellent communication, highly motivated, results‑driven sales professional. Strong problem‑solving skills and creativity. Highly organized, detail oriented and able to handle multiple opportunities concurrently. Ability to meet sales objectives independently. Strong project management, new business development and customer retention skills. Potential for up to 50% travel, depending on territory. Base Pay Range $40,000.00 - $67,761.00 base pay, plus company vehicle and commission plan.
