What You'll Do:

• Assist in surgical procedures within the Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) setting
• Ensure all supplies and equipment are available, sterile, and functioning correctly
• Verify and assemble sterile instruments and supplies as per procedure requirements
• Anticipate the needs of the surgical team, maintaining the sterile field at all times
• Manage and monitor medications, sharps, sponges, and instruments during surgery
• Maintain infection control standards and monitor sterile technique
• Prepare the operating room setup efficiently to support timely procedures

What You Need:
Required:

• Current Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential
• Prior experience in a CVOR setting preferred
• Knowledge of sterile techniques and surgical procedures
• Ability to work within a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

• Familiarity with cardiovascular surgery equipment and protocols
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
