Mike Duffy's Pub & Grill | Richmond Heights, MO

Key Responsibilities
- Guest Service: Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Reservation Management: Manage and coordinate reservations, optimizing seating arrangements for smooth operations.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Waiting Area Management: Maintain an organized waiting area to ensure a comfortable and inviting environment for guests.
- Customer Assistance: Assist guests with inquiries and provide information about menu offerings and specials.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
Schedule
This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends.
