Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Manager to join our team in Lawton, OK, 73505. In this role, you will lead our customer service department, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional support and service. Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the customer service team, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction.
Train, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve performance goals.
Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve complex issues effectively.
Analyze customer feedback and service metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Prepare and present reports on customer service performance to upper management.
Qualifications
Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in a customer service management role or similar position.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
