That means you need to come in when you're called, any day or any time, to maintain 24/7 coverage and protection.Flex Security Guard - Class A Building Qualifications:18+ years old2+ years of security, military, or law enforcement experienceAbility to work any day at any timeAbility to work weekends and holidays as needed (reasonable accommodations can be made for disabilities and religious beliefs)Ability to walk up and down stairs, work in various weather conditions, and stand for long periods of time (occasionally 8+ hours)Ability to pass state-required training and meet licensing requirementsAbility to complete crisis prevention training and other site-specific trainingAbility to operate radios, phones, and console monitorsExcellent English communication and customer service skillsHigh school diploma or equivalentCurrent, valid driver's license and reliable transportationLegal authorization to work in the United StatesAssociate degree - preferredWHAT WILL YOU DO?Our Flex Security Guard - Class A Building provides fixed and roving unarmed security for our clients' commercial sites, keeping them safe during all hours of the day. Providing scheduled and on-call coverage, you'll monitor your assigned location and write detailed reports about what you find. You'll respond to calls as needed and immediately respond to critical situations to diffuse and resolve the problem.
