• Responsible for fully cleared, full life-cycle recruiting (must have experience recruiting TS/SCI w/ Full Scope Poly candidates)
• Focusing on identifying, contacting and pipelining cleared IT candidates
• Developing job postings
• Providing unforgettable candidate experiences
• Attracting talent
• Maintaining impeccable client service
• Partnering with hiring managers to identify, manage and fill current, contingent and upcoming positions
• Coordinating with technical SMEs, Hiring Managers and Human Resources for interviews and hiring processing
• Identifying passive candidates and managing strategies that address strategic business needs and goals
• Learn about Business Development, RFPs, Account Management, client interactions, and how to be successful in the consulting world

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting candidates with TS/SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph clearances for the Northern Virginia Intel Customer (and other IC partners)
• College Degree
