- Responsible for fully cleared, full life-cycle recruiting (must have experience recruiting TS/SCI w/ Full Scope Poly candidates)
- Focusing on identifying, contacting and pipelining cleared IT candidates
- Developing job postings
- Providing unforgettable candidate experiences
- Attracting talent
- Maintaining impeccable client service
- Partnering with hiring managers to identify, manage and fill current, contingent and upcoming positions
- Coordinating with technical SMEs, Hiring Managers and Human Resources for interviews and hiring processing
- Identifying passive candidates and managing strategies that address strategic business needs and goals
- Learn about Business Development, RFPs, Account Management, client interactions, and how to be successful in the consulting world
Qualifications
- Experience recruiting candidates with TS/SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph clearances for the Northern Virginia Intel Customer (and other IC partners)
- College Degree
