Position Overview:

Washington Permanente Medical Group (WPMG) is currently seeking 0.8 FTE - 1.0 FTE Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine trained physician(s) to join our Lidgerwood Medical Center clinic team in Spokane, Washington.

Ideal candidates will have experience with telehealth and digital health—or the flexibility to incorporate virtual care into their practice.

• This position is 100% outpatient with no call required.
• You will have an excellent balance of patients per day and work with a centralized Telehealth Medical Center team to support your patients 24/7.
• Inbox support team will manage up to 70% of your in-basket messages.
• AI Scribing & Summarization support to cut down charting time by half.
• In our integrated health care model our clinicians have instant access to dozens of specialties, which allows for a level of collaboration and comprehensive treatment your patients deserve.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary Range: $310,067 - $364,784 **This location qualifies for location-based pay incentive (salary will be prorated based on FTE, new hire salaries will be based on factors such as education, training and experience.)
• Value Based Incentive Program: Annual bonus opportunity based on organizational and team-based performance on access, service and experience goals

New Hire Incentives:

• Resident Monthly Stipend: For early sign-on
• Signing Bonus: New Hires are eligible to receive up to $90,000
• Primary Care Bonus: $100,000
• Relocation Allowance: Up to $13,000 (based on location at time of offer)

• Ability to obtain: WA State Medical License
