Senior Contracts Manager - ITAR/DFAR, 9/80 On‑Site

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Contracts Manager 3 to lead a contracts team within the Propulsion & Controls Operating Unit - Air and Market Defense. This on-site role is based in Elkton, MD and reports to the Contracts Director.
