We are currently looking to hire a Physical Therapist Assistant part-time or full-time for our Indianapolis, IN location. Join us and help shape the future of healthcare in the region! Job Responsibilities: Assist the Physical Therapist in delivering individualized treatment plans to improve patient mobility, function, and quality of life. Evaluate patients by reviewing medical histories, conducting assessments, and documenting findings. Administer therapeutic exercises, functional activities, manual therapy techniques, and other treatment interventions under the direction of a Physical Therapist. Instruct and motivate patients in therapeutic exercises, use of assistive devices, and home exercise programs. Monitor patient progress, document treatment outcomes, and communicate changes to the Physical Therapist. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with documentation standards. Follow infection control, safety, and regulatory guidelines to maintain a safe clinical environment. Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide high-quality, patient-centered care. Participate in continuing education and professional development to maintain clinical knowledge and skills. Perform other duties as assigned to support patient care and clinic operations. Must be able to complete a minimum of two weeks of in-person training at our corporate office in Louisville, KY.
