\nShe Recruits is partnering with a major regional hospital system seeking a BC/BE Urologist to join an employed surgical practice. \n
\n
\nWhat You’ll Do: \n
\nPerform robotic-assisted urologic procedures (required) \n
\nManage BPH, stone disease, prostate disorders, incontinence, and malignancies \n
\nPerform cystoscopy and office-based procedures \n
\nProvide inpatient consults and postoperative care \n
\nParticipate in 1:2 call rotation \n
\nCollaborate with APPs and surgical teams \n
\nContribute to surgical quality and outcomes reporting
