We keep things simple, fair, and barber-friendly— Chair Rental Details $400/month flat rate a One-year chair rental agreement Independent contractor (1099) No commission What’s Included Utilities included (electric, water, trash) Washer & dryer on site Private parking for barbers Shared break room Shared trash service Website booking access for fair distribution of new call-in clients Ability to participate in sponsored events (Territory Days, Cruisin’, OCC events, etc.) Social media promotion opportunities Requirements Must be licensed Must have own clientele Walk-ins welcome when available Maintain a clean, professional workstation No drugs or alcohol permitted on the property Who This Is for -This space is ideal for an independently performing barber who values autonomy, consistency, and a traditional barbershop environment.
