We are accepting applications for a Customer Assistance Representative (CAR Sr) at our Las Vegas airport location. Overview Enterprise Mobility is the largest and fastest growing privately owned automotive rental and leasing company in North America. The CAR Sr will provide customer service by assisting internal and external customers, primarily face‑to‑face, supporting branch and rental needs. Location 88 E Warm Springs Road, Las Vegas, NV 89119 Position type Part‑time. Pay: $16.50/hr based on a 40‑hour workweek. Benefits Package Paid time off Employee discount Retirement savings plan Extended Health Benefits (Medical, Prescription Drug, Dental and Vision) Life Insurance Training and development Schedule Sunday: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM Monday: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM Tuesday: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM Wednesday: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM Thursday: Off Friday: Off Saturday: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM Responsibilities Take incoming calls—reservations, rate quotes, general questions, provide information and resolution for customers, other branches, insurance companies, dealerships, repair shops and vendors. Manage outgoing calls for call back management, accounts receivable and miscellaneous calls as assigned. Provide a high level of customer service by assisting customers and assessing their rental needs in person and over the phone. Meet and greet customers in a friendly and timely manner. Provide directions and general assistance. Assist in assessing the condition of rentals upon return. Process returns, check‑ins and exit kiosk transactions. Effectively market the company while picking up customers and/or dropping them off safely and courteously. Understand and communicate rental terms and conditions, vehicle features and other services. May sell optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options and other additional equipment. Notify management of any known vehicle problems and required maintenance. Clean vehicle interior and exterior by hand or using washing equipment when needed. Perform various administrative and basic accounting functions: research and billing support, accounts receivables, transfer and key logs, run miscellaneous reports, supply maintenance, process customer billing. Perform miscellaneous and backup duties as required. Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent required. At least 1 year of prior customer service and sales experience in retail, guest services, hospitality or administrative support. Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years. No drug or alcohol convictions on driving record in the past 5 years. Authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future. Must be able to work the following schedule: Saturday – Wednesday, 7:00 PM–4:00 AM.
