Pay & Benefits

Hourly Pay Rate: $73.70/hour

What You'll Do

Assist during cardiovascular surgeries, including endoscopic vein harvesting
Support the surgical team as a CVOR Certified First Assistant or CVOR RNFA
Maintain sterile technique and ensure patient safety throughout procedures
Collaborate with surgeons and staff to provide optimal patient care
Follow established protocols for intraoperative assistance and documentation
Participate in on-call rotations, including weekends and evenings as scheduled

What You Need

Required:

BLS certification
ABSA, NBSTSA, or NCCT certification as a First Assistant or RNFA
At least 1 year of CVOR experience, including endoscopic vein harvesting
Ability to work a scheduled 8-hour day shift

Preferred:

Prior experience in a hospital setting
Strong team communication skills
Flexibility to participate in on-call duties and weekend rotations
