H2scan is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist (first shift) to join our team and help develop advanced solutions for new high-tech markets. We are looking for a candidate who is a self-starter and takes ownership of their assignments. If you enjoy dynamic work environments, have excellent creative problem-solving skills, and are able to work independently and collaboratively, then this is the job for you.

 

Responsibilities:

•         Facilitate CAPA investigations from issue identification through implementation of solution and effectiveness monitoring.

•         Develop and implement quality control procedures and guidelines to ensure adherence to established quality standards and regulatory requirements.

•         Conduct regular internal audits of processes, procedures, and products to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance.

•         Conduct supplier audits to review and evaluate supplier processes against internal requirements, current standards, regulations, and guidelines to ensure compliance. ( Not Required, nice to have)

•         Collect and analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and areas of concern, and provide actionable recommendations to address issues and enhance performance.

•         Work with relevant teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions for nonconforming product . (Not Required, nice to have)

•         Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality control measures and provide regular reports to management on key performance indicators.

•         Assist in receiving, in-process and final inspection.

•         Schedule and maintain calibration of equipment.

•         Other tasks as assigned.

 

Qualifications:

·         High School graduate.

·         ISO9001, AS9100 or similar background.

·         Knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools.

·         Knowledge about quality control for electronics manufacturing.

·         Able to communicate in oral and written form.

·         Good decision-making skills.

·         Attention to detail.

·         Must be organized and able to prioritize duties and responsibilities.

·         Must demonstrate initiative, innovation, and problem-solving skills. 

·         ERP system utilization.

·       Accurate use of precision measuring devices including calipers, micrometers, ring, plug, and pin gages.
