Registered Nurse - Rehabilitation

Schedule
Night Shift: 7 PM to 7 AM
Every third weekend (Friday and Saturday nights).

Assignment Details
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week

Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse license
- Current CPR/BLS Card

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assess patients to determine mental, physical, and spiritual needs.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Provide clear explanations and instructions to patients and responsible persons.
- Recognize and report changes in patient conditions using nursing clinical judgment.
- Contribute to a healthy workplace environment by effectively managing conflict with professional communication skills.
- Maintain complete and accurate medical records.
