Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate clients’ needs, crafting individualized treatment plans that address their unique circumstances.
  • Provide high-quality individual therapy sessions via teletherapy, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities to promote client growth and healing.
  • Set realistic therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients and continuously monitor their progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
  • Help clients navigate trauma, anxiety, and depression by offering compassionate guidance and evidence-based support.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training opportunities, enhancing clinical skills and knowledge of evolving practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with clients struggling with a range of mental health issues, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. Our diverse clientele requires therapists who demonstrate empathy, understanding, and a commitment to culturally competent care. By providing tailored therapeutic interventions, you will assist clients in navigating their personal journeys toward wellness and self-fulfillment.

Qualifications

  • Possess a valid license in the state of Texas as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
  • Hold a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication skills to establish a trusting therapeutic relationship with clients.
  • Exhibit a strong sense of empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude towards diverse life experiences.
  • Showcase excellent organizational and time-management abilities to effectively manage caseloads and meet administrative responsibilities.

Preferred Experience

We prefer candidates with experience in teletherapy, as well as familiarity with digital mental health tools and platforms. Experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and presenting issues would be advantageous in enhancing the therapeutic relationship and improving client outcomes.
