Radiology - CT Tech

CT/Rad Tech Position

Location: Mount Pleasant, SC

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM

Job Description: We are seeking a qualified CT/Rad Tech to join our team in the emergency department. The successful candidate will perform a variety of x-ray and CT examinations, ensure patient safety, and maintain high-quality imaging standards. This unit comprises 11 ED rooms and typically requires 1 staff member per shift.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct emergency department x-ray and CT examinations.
• Ensure proper patient positioning and safety during imaging procedures.
• Operate imaging equipment, including GE Revolution Maxima CT and GE Tempo RAD unit.
• Maintain documentation in the Meditech system.
• Participate in call rotation as required.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Current BLS certification.
• ARRT certification in Radiography and CT.
• Previous X-ray and CT experience.
• Previous travel experience preferred.
