What You’ll Do Engage with customers inside retail partner locations Introduce homeowners to our products and services Generate qualified customer leads for our sales team Maintain a professional and positive company presence Track lead activity using basic computer systems/tablets Represent the company with energy, professionalism, and integrity What We’re Looking For Strong communication and people skills Comfortable approaching and speaking with customers Dependable, responsible, and self-motivated Ability to work independently during scheduled shifts Basic computer or tablet proficiency Reliable transportation and ability to travel to assigned store locations within North Pierce & South King County Retail, customer service, promotions, or sales experience is a plus — but not required Compensation & Benefits Hourly base pay Uncapped commission opportunities Flexible scheduling options Paid training Career growth opportunities within a growing company Why Join Us?
