THE ROLE

As a TNT Strong Coach, you’ll be responsible for:

• Coaching high-quality training sessions

• Delivering an incredible member experience

• Helping clients get real results

• Building relationships and accountability with members

• Bringing energy and leadership to the floor

• Continuously improving your coaching craft

• Contributing to the culture and growth of the team

REQUIREMENTS

• Personal training certification preferred but not required

• CPR/First Aid preferred

• Strong communication skills

• Passion for fitness, coaching, and helping people

• Willingness to learn the TNT Strong systems and standards 

AVAILABILITY:

Candidates must be flexible and available to meet client scheduling needs. Peak client demand occurs during weekday mornings (5:00 AM–11:00 AM), weekday evenings (5:00 PM–7:00 PM), and occasional weekends. 

Applicants should be willing and able to work during these high-demand timeframes to best support client success and scheduling needs.
