Job Description:


Finance Leadership

• Serve as the lead finance partner for assigned business units.
  
  
• Own budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  
  
• Manage P&L analysis, trends, and performance insights.
  
  
• Partner with product, revenue, and operational leaders on business strategy.
  
  
• Present recommendations and financial results to leadership.

Strategy & Growth

• Build financial models for new products, pricing, and growth initiatives.
  
  
• Evaluate investments and resource allocation decisions.
  
  
• Support strategic planning and long-range forecasting.

SaaS Performance Metrics

• Analyze and improve key SaaS KPIs
  
  
• Partner with commercial teams on pricing and profitability initiatives.

Reporting & Analytics

• Perform customer, cohort, retention, and profitability analysis.
  
  
• Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews.
  
  
• Develop reporting and dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, and SQL.

Process Improvement

• Enhance financial systems, reporting, and planning processes.
  
  
• Maintain forecasting and long-range planning models.
  
  
• Prepare executive, board, and investor presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred.
  
  
• 8 years of FP&A experience, including SaaS or technology environments.
  
  
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and KPI analysis skills.
  
  
• Experience partnering with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  
  
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and Tableau.
  
  
• Experience with NetSuite, Adaptive Insights, or similar ERP/EPM systems.
  
  
• Solid understanding of GAAP and financial reporting.
  
  
• Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
  
  
• Proven success improving processes and scaling finance operations.
