- Lead the resolution of product issues identified during the bidding and acceptance phases of customer projects, participate in and assist R&D in addressing customer and user feedback, and help establish a local testing environment.
- Deeply explore customer needs, understand application scenarios, formulate POC testing plans based on customer requirements, and drive implementation. Provide technical guidance and support to customers, and be responsible for the deployment and acceptance of support solutions.
- Plan and execute training and certification work to empower overseas subsidiaries with technical knowledge.
