RN CVICU, high acuity CCU requiring CVICU experience. Start date: 3-4 weeks out per compliance tier. Ratio: 1:2. Years of experience REQ: 2 years - Cardiac/CVICU ICU experience required. First-timers accepted: (Y/N) No. Weekend REQ: Every other. Certs REQ: ACLS, BLS. Is on-call REQ? (Y/N) No. Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes within service line when needed. Locals accepted: (Y/N) No, home address must be at least 75 miles from facility. Pending License accepted: (Y/N) Yes. RTO Restrictions: For time off, will allow up to 2 requests, no more than a total of 40 hours (5 days) of time off during contract. Guaranteed Hours: 36. Special Requirements: Needs to have Cardiac/CVICU ICU experience. No neuro. ICU, ventilator management, arterial line management, pulmonary artery catheter management, pacemakers, impellas, balloon pumps, LVADs.
