Location Riderwood Village by Erickson Senior Living Position Overview We are hiring individuals to support our residents in all aspects of daily living, provide person‑centered care to ensure we meet all of our residents’ needs. Positions include Part Time (Day, Evening, Night) and Full Time Float (Day, Evening, Night). Compensation $22.00 - $26.00 per hour, commensurate with experience Shift differential: $2.00 hourly for evening shift (3pm - 11:30pm) Shift differential: $2.00 hourly for night shift (11pm - 7:30am) Sign‑On Bonus (all shifts): $1,000. Candidates sourced by third‑party agencies or internal candidates are not eligible for this sign‑on bonus.
