Location: East Troy, WI
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire (T-H)
Pay Rate: $18.55 per hour
Available Shifts
2nd Shift
Monday–Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
3rd Shift
Sunday–Thursday | 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Job Summary
We are currently hiring Finish Operators for both 2nd and 3rd shift opportunities in East Troy, WI. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the final stages of the production process by operating equipment, inspecting products for quality, and preparing finished materials for shipment. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a Temp-to-Hire opportunity offering consistent hours and the potential for long-term employment.
Responsibilities
Operate finishing equipment and machinery
Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
Follow work instructions and production procedures
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Support production needs as assigned
Qualifications
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment
Strong attention to detail
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
