LPN Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered

• Monitor resident conditions and report changes

• Complete accurate and timely documentation

• Collaborate with RNs, STNAs, physicians, and care teams

Qualifications:

• Active LPN license in the State of Ohio (Required)

• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required

• Strong clinical and communication skills

• Reliable and team-oriented
