Restaurant Manager

Nudy's Cafes is a family‑owned, multi‑location restaurant company that has been operating since 1979. With plans to expand to 16 locations across Chester, Montgomery, and Delaware Counties and a new site opening soon in Willow Grove, Pa, we are focused on delivering a customer‑centric experience that has become a staple in the community. We are actively recruiting for full‑time Restaurant Managers to lead and manage locations. In this role you will be responsible for delivering high‑quality service, motivating staff, and ensuring smooth daily operations while aligning with the Nudy’s Promise of excellent service and freshly made food. Responsibilities Coordinate daily restaurant operations. Understand and deliver on the Customer Journey. Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction. Respond swiftly and accurately to customer concerns. Regularly review product quality. Organize and supervise shifts (7‑shift system experience preferred). Continuously manage, coach, and train employees and peers with a service mindset. Ensure Nudy’s brand is represented consistently. Train new and current employees on proper customer‑service practices and side‑work schedules. Take initiative, remain people‑focused, and be result oriented. Requirements Minimum 1 year of restaurant management and operations experience; a degree in Business Administration or Hospitality Management is preferred. Proven ability to lead, motivate, and coach teams. Extensive food knowledge to answer customer questions. ServSafe Certified or ability to obtain certification within 30 days of employment. Consistent line‑check submissions. Ability to interpret restaurant operations data from reports and use that information to inspire positive change. Open availability any day of the week between 6:30 am and 4:30 pm. Access to a vehicle during working hours. Physical Requirements Ability to traverse all parts of the restaurant quickly. Prolonged periods standing and walking. Ability to lift, stoop, bend, or twist and repeat movements. Use of hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
