D105 - Adult MH Outpatient Licensed Practical Nurse (Baldwin) Job Description River Edge offers outpatient services at our Emery Highway-Macon, Monroe County, and Baldwin County locations. Program Overview River Edge is currently seeking a Full-time Licensed Practical Nurse for the Baldwin Outpatient Unit. Key Responsibilities Monitor patient’s vitals and record them in their file. Maintain the cleanliness and comfort of each patient, including bathing, feeding, and dressing. Assist nursing and medical staff with basic medical tasks, such as administering medication. Update patient records in a confidential manner. Evaluate the patient’s wellbeing, reporting any needs to medical staff. Explain treatments and procedures to patients and families. Assist physicians and registered nurses. Qualifications Practical Nursing Diploma Current LPN license, in good standing with the Georgia State licensing board Minimum of three (3) years of mental health experience.
