AP Specialist Dayton | $45-52k Our client is looking for a detail-oriented AP Specialist to join their accounting team! This is a great opportunity for an experienced AP Specialist who enjoys staying organized, solving problems, and keeping things moving behind the scenes. What You'll Do Review, enter, and process invoices and check requests Verify documentation and approvals Communicate with vendors regarding payments and inquiries Research and resolve AP discrepancies Work with internal teams to keep invoice approvals moving Provide documentation for audits Handle incoming AP calls and mail What We're Looking For 2+ years of accounts payable experience High school diploma required Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly Excel (vlook-ups; pivot tables) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines The ideal AP Specialist is accurate, dependable, and comfortable working with both vendors and internal teams.
