North FL client looking to hire Family Practitioners and Internists for various sites
Must be Board certified
Experience is great!
FL license preferred

They are a  55 plus provider organization with 4 main campuses and several affiliated campuses.

The group is growing and also looking ahead to replace a few docs who are retiring soon. Will see medicare patients for wellness visits  
Docs will be busy immediately!

Sites vary from Orange Park, Arlington, North Side, Intracoastal, Fleming Island, Ponte Vedra and more!

Our most productive providers follow the schedule of seeing patients in 15-minute appointment slots. The provider’s medical assistants are very well trained prior to hitting the floor and assist the provider with the majority of the documentation so that the provider can spend more of their time with the patient.  There will be monthly meetings with the physicians and the Executive Team to discuss any updates or changes and to also get feedback from the physicians.  

They use NextGen for EMR and have been recognized nationally for training and implementation.

They also have their own Accountable Care Organization that has been in existence for the past three years.

They have better than market rates with the Commercial Insurance Plans. Per client, "Additionally we are favorably positioned for Value Bases Reimbursement, MIPS and MACRA. Our agreements with Commercial Insurance Plans offer Shared Savings and Quality bonuses that are paid out the Providers based on their participation. We have a centralized Call Center that handles scheduling, referrals and patient follow up. An extensive is in place   Care Coordination Team to focus on the most as risk patient populations.
