What We Provide: Take home vehicle + gas card Company uniform Company tablet Tool reimbursement program Dispatched from home via Service Titan Top industry pay structure, including monthly performance-based bonuses Professional development Employee appreciation events Year-round essential work with no layoffs Benefit: Medical insurance - 75% employer paid Supplemental insurance options 6 Paid holidays 80 hours of paid time off What You Will Be Doing: Residential and light commercial service, maintenance and repair Troubleshoot HVAC/R equipment, building comfort, energy efficiency, and related problems Consult with customer on repair, upgrades, IAQ equipment and replacement options Complete approved repairs, improvements, or installations within industry standard hours per repair pricing guide Complete all paperwork via Service Titan Maintain truck inventory Perform equipment installs if needed Identify and suggest opportunities for quality and cost improvements What We Are Looking For: 3+ years of HVAC service experience EPA Universal certification NATE Certifications - we train Impeccable customer service skills Ability to lift and carry compressors up to a five-ton capacity Valid driver's license and insurable driving record HVAC tech school completion - Desired Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
