Responsibilities What You'll Do Serve as a welcoming and supportive resource for surgical patients and their families Assist with coordinating and directing patient flow throughout the surgical process Address patient concerns and help facilitate prompt resolution of service-related issues Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, nursing staff, and hospital departments Maintain accurate documentation while protecting patient confidentiality Support patient satisfaction initiatives and contribute to a positive patient experience Build strong working relationships across departments to ensure seamless communication and care Qualifications Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Associate degree preferred Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required Healthcare experience is a plus, but not required What We're Looking For Patient-focused personality with a positive, enthusiastic attitude Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to remain calm, professional, and compassionate in a fast-paced environment Excellent problem-solving and customer service abilities Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency with basic computer applications #J-18808-Ljbffr Brookwood Baptist Health
