Skincare by Amy Peterson is a medical aesthetics practice founded by Amy Peterson, known across Miami as “The Skin Savant.” For more than two decades, Amy has helped clients feel confident in their own skin, with results that are subtle, natural and consistent. Led by a board-certified dermatologist, our team offers injectables, lasers and energy-based treatments, facials, microneedling and body services at our flagship on Lenox Avenue in Miami Beach and our new home at SoLé Mia in North Miami. Every visit is guided by rigorous clinical standards and an elevated, concierge experience, from first booking through aftercare.

About the role

Skincare by Amy Peterson is looking for a Miami-based Marketing Manager to share our story with more of the city and make our two clinics Miami’s first name in advanced aesthetics. You’ll be responsible for marketing at both clinics, from attracting new clients and keeping existing ones coming back to building our reputation across Miami. You understand our clients and how to reach them. This is a hands-on role where you’ll plan our local marketing and carry it out yourself.

What you’ll do

• Build and lead the annual marketing plan and calendar for both clinics, in step with leadership’s revenue goals.
\n
• Turn interest into consultations and bookings, tracking every campaign from first inquiry to booked treatment.
\n
• Grow our signature memberships (The Magic Membership, The Collagen Club and Body by Amy), and create promotions, referral and reactivation programs that keep clients coming back.
\n
• Lead the launch of SoLé Mia in North Miami and introduce the Skincare by Amy Peterson name to a new neighborhood.
\n
• Curate memorable in-clinic moments, from open houses and treatment launches to intimate private client evenings.
\n
• Build partnerships with Miami’s luxury hotels, residences, fitness and wellness studios, and lifestyle brands that share our standards.
\n
• Protect and grow our reputation: earn and respond to Google reviews, and keep our website, Google Business profiles and local listings polished and current for both locations.
\n
• Report monthly on leads, bookings, cost per new patient, membership growth and return on spend.
\n
• Manage the marketing budget and our vendor partners.
\n

What you bring

\n
• 4–6 years in marketing, including at least 2 years with a med spa, dermatology or plastic surgery practice, or a luxury beauty or wellness brand.
\n
• Based in Miami or South Florida, with genuine relationships across the city’s beauty, lifestyle and media scene.
\n
• A proven record of local campaigns, events and partnerships that grew bookings and revenue.
\n
• A working knowledge of marketing standards in medical aesthetics, including before-and-after imagery and patient consent.
\n
• Highly organized, with the composure to manage budgets, vendors and several projects at once.
\n
• Available for select evenings and weekends around events and high season.
\n

Salary: $75,000–$85,000, depending on experience
