Front Desk Administrator – Full-Time

Savannah Smiles Dental Center | Schertz, TX

Are you an organized, friendly, and detail-oriented professional who enjoys helping patients while keeping a busy office running smoothly? Savannah Smiles Dental Center is looking for a Full-Time Front Desk Administrator to join our growing team.

Our ideal candidate is dependable, personable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Previous dental front office experience is preferred, and excellent customer service is a must.

Responsibilities

As our Front Desk Administrator, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional patient experience from the moment patients walk through our doors until they check out.

Daily responsibilities include:

Welcoming patients and providing outstanding customer service

Checking patients in and out efficiently

Answering and managing incoming phone calls

Scheduling and confirming appointments

Collecting and updating patient information and required forms

Presenting treatment plans and discussing financial options

Collecting co-pays, deductibles, and outstanding balances

Verifying dental insurance benefits and obtaining complete insurance breakdowns

Reviewing schedules to help maximize efficiency and productivity

Communicating with patients regarding appointments, treatment, and financial information

Maintaining HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality

Assisting with general administrative and front office duties as needed

Qualifications

Previous dental front office experience preferred

Knowledge of dental insurance verification and benefit breakdowns

Experience presenting treatment plans and discussing patient financial responsibilities

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Professional appearance and positive attitude
