Job Description:

Join this team as a Sorter at our plastic recycling plant! In this role, you will be responsible for manually sorting plastic materials on a conveyor belt, ensuring that non-recyclable and foreign objects are removed before processing. This is a hands-on, fast-paced position that requires attention to detail and a commitment to safety. Responsibilities:

• Sort and separate plastic materials, removing any foreign or non-recyclable objects
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency
• Follow company procedures and safety protocols at all times
• Assist with other production tasks as needed

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Comfortable working in an industrial environment with varying temperatures
• Prior experience in manufacturing or recycling is a plus but not required
• Must be reliable and able to work the 2-2-3 schedule

The base pay range for this position is $$19.00, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
